Our own Kevin Betts – Regional Director of Asia Pacific and Tan Soon Keat- Senior Surveyor, spoke on 9 March. Their session was entitled “LEAPing Forward: Recent Advances in Commercial Jet Engine Technology and the Likely Impact on Insurance”.

Several of our team members will be participating in the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) 2016 Conference in Orlando, Florida 1-3 November.
McLarens will have representatives speak in three sessions at this year’s PLRB Large Loss Conference in Chicago, Illinois 4-6 October 2016. Covering Commercial Property Claims will be our own George Wasielke and Marcus Reath. Covering Casualty Claims will be Fred Perez.
Elliot Osborne (Technical Services Engineer) and included Phil Spurr (RAMS CAMO Manager) of our McLarens Aviation team participated in the British Heart Foundation‘s London to Paris On-Road Bike Ride from 3-5 September to raise money for the Foundation. They cycled over 240 miles over the course of 3 days from London to Paris.
Several of our McLarens Aviation team members once again participated in the British Heart Foundation‘s London to Brighton Bike Ride Challenge on 19 June. They completed the annual 55 mile cycle ride from London’s Clapham Common, via the infamous ‘Ditchling Beacon’, to Brighton’s sea front.
