Management Accountant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and proven Commercial Adjuster to join our team based in the South East region.

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant and European Financial Controller, you will be responsible for producing management accounts, MI production, reconciliations and cash forecast.

The role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management accounts to be produced within 4 working days of the month end
  • Assist in annual audit for McLarens companies
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Assist in budget preparation
  • Assist with holding Company transactions
  • MI production in line with Company requirements and deadlines
  • Cash forecast and daily cash reporting
  • Reconciliations
  • Any other ad hoc duties

About you:

Knowledge and Experience:

Successful candidates must be professionally qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and have gained significant experience in an operational management accountant role, demonstrating a focus on communication and professionalism, along with hands on knowledge and experience of the audit process. They will have a flexible attitude and good attention to detail to be able to produce accurate, high quality information whilst adhering to strict deadlines. An ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and have the confidence to communicate with finance and non-financial colleagues at all levels is imperative.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience of using accounting software is essential.
