Adam Charles completed his Diploma in Business Studies (Marketing) from Olympia College and obtained the Basic Certificate Course in Loss Adjusting (BCCILA) from the Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII).
Adam started his career as a loss adjuster in 2008 doing Motor Claims involving vehicle investigation – Own Damage (OD), Third Party Bodily Injury and Motor Theft claims with major scope of fraud investigation and discreet surveillance. He was the chief claims assessor for OD editing nationwide with notable technical skills and assessment abilities.
He was also involved in handling Non-motor claims such as Goods in Transit, heavy equipment, motor trailers and mobile cranes including some extent of Machinery Breakdown claims. Adam has further dwelt in Third Party Property Damage claims on major highways and Personal Accident claim investigation.
He is actively involved with the Association of Malaysian Loss Adjusters (AMLA) as an Ordinary Member.
