Andy’s Aviation Engineering career began in the Royal Air Force over 41 years ago. He has held various senior technical, supervisory and management posts for 13 years with British Airways, in the UK and at their stations worldwide. He is an EASA part 66 licensed aircraft engineer (current, B1 and C). Andy worked for McLarens Aviation originally in the London office for 3 years prior to transferring to Singapore in 2007.
Andy is now the Regional Director for Asia, which includes the management of the Asia offices and staff including the teams in Singapore, China, and India. He is highly experienced in handling all classes of aviation claims. These have included a number of high-profile major airline insurance losses, General Aviation (GA) claims, corporate, commuter, helicopter, light aircraft losses, complex engine and airport liability claims. He is highly experienced in dealing with the London and Asian Aviation Insurance markets.
