Chainarong graduated from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, North Bangkok in the faculty of Industrial Electrical Technology in 1994 and worked in construction projects and a hard disk manufacturing factory for six years. He entered loss adjusting with McLarens (Thailand) in January 2001. During his career Chainarong has handled numerous losses in Thailand mostly relating to machinery breakdown. The major weather events he has handled losses as a result of include the tsunami in 2004 and the Thai floods in 2011.
Notable assignments that Chainarong has handled include claims for electricity generating authorities, both power plants and substation losses, as well as turbine generators, power transformers, and solar power plant losses.
