Biography

Geoff joined Norcross in 2013, bringing with him 25 years of sales and business development experience gained in the areas of risk management, insurance, and finance.

In 2015, Geoff was promoted to Vice President and tasked with leadership over all operational areas including staff development, claims operations and business development. Over the last five years, Geoff has overseen the growth of the Norcross division to 28 states across all regions and a fourfold increase in revenue.

Within the insurance community, Geoff has volunteered for numerous organizations including RIMS, the CLM, DMEC and PLRB. That includes speaking at many events (national, regional, local) and serving on organizing committees.

Prior to joining Norcross, Geoff held leadership, product and business development roles at Marsh, US Bank and national third-party administrators. Geoff also serves the community as Director of a local sports team.
