Jayden brings practical, hands-on experience developed through his career in hospitality loss prevention and security management since 2018, with a strong focus on incident investigation, risk assessment, and crisis response. Supported by a background in Mechanical Engineering, he has developed a sound technical understanding of building facilities and mechanical systems. Since joining McLarens, Jayden has applied this combined operational and technical experience to property, casualty, and crisis management claims, particularly in property damage inspections and liability risk evaluations across the commercial and hospitality sectors.
