Keith has over 20 years of commercial aircraft experience gained with British Airways Engineering Technical Services under Part-M & Part-66 B2 specialising in Aircraft Communications, Flight Data Acquisition, and Aircraft Performance across a broad range of aircraft including, the B747, B737, B767, A320, and also Concorde. He then transitioned to Flight Operations, where he held technical management positions focused on Aerodrome Safety, Flight Safety, and Flight Technical Projects. During this period, Keith also served on the UK Joint Air-miss Working Group (Now Airprox Board), investigating and categorising Military and Civil air-miss incidents in UK airspace.
Since leaving British Airways, Keith has held technical, commercial, and regulatory roles with SITA, the UK CA, and most recently working with the European Commission as a member of the Industry Consultation Body and other technical groups, representing the interests of over 170 industry stakeholders including airlines, airports, OEMs and MROs in all regulatory, policy, and standardisation issues pertaining to the implementation of the Single European Sky and restructuring of European airspace.
