Kelley started working within the industry in 2008, when she began working for a small independent supplier who dealt with domestic contents claims for electrical goods, dealing with the likes of SBS, and Allianz, together with claims made under extended warranty for high street electrical stores such as Argos.
In 2010 Kelley then moved onto LAS Claims Management where she was introduced to building claims. Whilst employed at LAS, she began working within a team of Loss Adjusters dealing with a portfolio of domestic building claims, and assisting the Adjusters with their day to day work load.
From LAS Kelley moved to Allianz Insurance in 2014, where she dealt with commercial property claims, and later both motor and motor trade claims.
During her time at Allianz, Kelley became a complaint expert, where she oversaw both the performance of the complaints team, and held responsibilities to ensure the Birmingham claims handling center were meeting complaint performance targets, leading the team towards successful outcomes for both the customer and Allianz.
In 2021 Kelley moved to Claims Consortium Adjusting (CCA) where she was employed as a Loss Adjuster dealing with both domestic and commercial claims.
