Lauren began her career in administration in 2021, working for a training consultancy company specializing in Rail and Transport businesses. In this role she handled customer correspondence, data maintenance, file organization and creating personalized reports for clients amongst other things.
Lauren joined McLarens in October 2025 as a Claims Assistant.
