Biography

Mesale joined McLarens in 2019, with a wealth of experience and expertise in leading HR teams for global organizations. As a proven HR executive, her background includes successfully managing large scale change initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and transforming workplace cultures to drive substantial organizational value.

In this role, Mesale leads all aspects of the company’s policies, practices and strategy for Human Resources around the globe. A key member of our Global Management Team, Mesale works with our global leaders to identify and implement programs to further develop McLarens’ compelling employer value proposition to ensure the firm is attracting, developing and retaining the top talent in the market.

Mesale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management from Clark Atlanta University.
