Biography

Nancy is an insurance professional with nearly 40 years of experience in the material damage sector. She has extensive background and training in specialty adjusting such as casualty, recreational vehicles, marine/boat appraising, heavy equipment and holds an I-CAR Certification. She also has experience in body shop management, public relations, sales, and management. Nancy joined Norcross, a McLarens Company, in 2013 to expand the Auto and Heavy Equipment division in the Pacific Northwest and is now a National General Adjuster.

Nancy oversees and assists with many national accounts and participates in adjusting catastrophe losses throughout the country. She has a heart for people and mentoring and plays an important part in peer development. Having a strong passion for the position she holds and a life-long learner, Nancy leads and participates in many activities and educational events to help achieve her goals. She is the current President of the OCAA (Oregon Casualty Adjusters Association), which was founded in 1935. She is an active association member of TIDA (Trucking Industry Defense Association), CLM (Claims Litigation Management) and NAPW (National Association of Professional Women).
