Randy graduated from Tongji University in 1991, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Randy has since joined a large-scale Construction Company and started his career acting in the role of Field Engineers/Project Managers on various projects.
In September 1998, Randy joined an international loss adjusting company, where he successfully switched to become a dedicated Loss Adjuster and has determined to devote himself to this challenging area which was then just introduced to China market.
In July 2002, Randy became the first employee in another international loss adjusting firm acting in the role of GM and served there for nearly 18 years handling various complex claims for global clients.
In January 2021, Randy started in McLarens Man Yee as the Global Business Manager, aiming to assist the domestic Insurers to extend their claims service to the overseas market via McLarens global network.
