Robert Pageau began his career in 1988 with a Crawford & Company, where he was trained in multi-line claims adjusting, and quickly developed skills and expertise in both the property and casualty adjusting fields, to also include workers compensation, Commercial General Liability (CGL) and inland marine claims adjusting. Those skills were further honed and focused on both residential and commercial property large loss adjusting. At Crawford & Company he rose the ranks through various adjusting roles and manager positions including Regional Product Manager and Managing Director of their New England Service Center, focusing on customer service and quality claims handling, and becoming an account manager for various insurers. Most recently, he worked with Dineley Claims Services as Executive General Adjuster (EGA), Business Development Manager, and Director,
Reporting to George Wasielke, Robert will provide direction on file quality and serve as a technical resource and coach to team members. He brings over 30 years of large loss adjusting, product management, regional management, and successful sales/business development experience.
Robert is based in Boston, MA. He licensed across multiple states, holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, and is matriculated into the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) program.
