Jon Hale is a National General adjuster with over 25 years of field adjusting and claim management experience, who rejoined McLarens in 2025. His area of focus is large commercial property claims.
Jon began his career at Eastland Claim Service and eventually left to pursue large loss positions with McLarens, Crawford, and Selective Insurance. Prior to returning to McLarens, Jon was the Large Loss Claim Manager with RT Specialty where he managed large, complex, and litigated claims under the Lloyds delegated authority agreements.
Jon has directly handled and managed large losses across numerous industries. He continues to do so at McLarens while working with senior EGA’s on market losses around the United States. Jon holds licenses in nearly all states.
