Keith began in the insurance industry in 2001 as a personal lines claims trainee in Massachusetts. He quickly worked his way up to a Special Investigator for several years, handling personal and commercial lines property claims throughout New England. Along the way, Keith earned a reputation from his peers and management for his claims handling skills and attention to outstanding customer service.
Over the course of the last 15 years at major firms, Keith honed his commercial property claims knowledge and his technical skillset through a variety of industries, including Public Entity, Higher Education, and various production industries. Keith has also presented at internal and external industry training events.
