Mariska started her carreer with a Dutch insurance company and took on a role as Compliance Officer and Fraud Coordinator. In 2022 she made the switch to loss adjusting starting and specializing in domestic Property claims.
In 2025 Mariska joined McLarens, broadening her field of expertise with Commercial and Industrial Property, Construction, and Liability, specializing in international claims handling. In this position, her strong analytical skills and outstanding communicational skills help clients resolve their claims efficiently and her strong reporting provides clients with the right set of information to complete any claim.
In addition to her adjusting role, Mariska is also a committee member of NIVRE Start, the young division of the Dutch Institute of Registered Experts, and furthermore she is the first ever President of Young FUEDI, the European Federation of Loss Adjusting Experts! In these positions Mariska is part of both Dutch and international teams that develop and expand both NIVRE and FUEDI, bridging the gap between generations.
