From 2022 to 2023, while continuing to work as an adjuster, Cole also served as a Legal Assistant to an attorney acting as an expert witness for the defense on claims in litigation. Through 2024, he deployed to multiple hurricane events, including Hurricane Ian, and handled both residential and commercial daily claims when not assigned to catastrophe deployments.
In 2024, Cole transitioned from field operations to a desk-based role as a Quality Assurance File Reviewer with Alacrity Solutions. In this position, he reviewed a high volume of claims, provided coaching and guidance to adjusters, and further developed his expertise by working directly with clients to ensure all processed claims complied with carrier-specific guidelines and standards.
