Ridge Kirn serves as a National General Adjuster at McLarens, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial property and casualty claims. He began his adjusting career in 2011 with a nationwide independent adjusting firm, where he held progressive roles including Property Adjuster, Senior Property Adjuster, and General Adjuster. His strong technical foundation and leadership in complex loss management led him to join McLarens in 2019. In recognition of his expertise and consistent performance, Ridge was promoted to National General Adjuster in 2024.
Ridge has extensive experience handling a diverse portfolio of claims across multiple industries and property types, including rural and agricultural properties, retail operations, zoos, habitational (single and multi-family) properties, educational institutions, religious organizations, hospitals, hospitality, senior living facilities, and large-scale manufacturing complexes. His background encompasses a wide range of loss types and coverages, such as property damage, time element, builder’s risk, jewelers block, and business personal property.
In addition to his day-to-day claims work, Ridge has extensive experience with managing catastrophic events, account management, and complex loss adjustments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
