Dean started his career with Crawford & Company in 2005 as a multi-line adjuster in Phoenix, Arizona. In Phoenix, he was a multi-line adjuster handling a full range of property and casualty claims. In 2007, Dean was promoted to Adjuster in Charge and was relocated to Eugene, Oregon. During this time, he continued to improve his skills as a multi-line adjuster. In July of 2013, Dean joined Norcross where he continues his career as a loss adjuster.
