He has extensive experience in the quantification of financial losses for insurance and legal purposes and has acted for major insurers, reinsurers and lawyers. He specialises in business interruption claims (lost profits and increased costs), stock losses, liability claims, product recall losses, cyber losses and construction claims (Delay in Start Up / ALOP).
Richard also has significant experience in providing litigation support services and has acted as an Expert Witness. He has produced numerous expert reports, with a specific focus on catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
Richard has been engaged on many assignments across a wide range of industries with expertise in hospitality, transportation, retail, construction and manufacturing industries. He has presented at various seminars and events on business interruption, construction, product recall and personal injury losses.
