Heather commenced her career in insurance in 1977, working in the claims department of a major composite insurer before taking on the role of a liability claims adjuster in 1991. She joined the McLarens casualty team in 2007.
Over her time in the industry, Heather has gained significant experience in the investigation and handling of a wide variety of liability losses and has developed long standing, professional relationships with many of the plaintiff and defence legal fraternity.
