McLarens China is a loss adjusting practice authorised by the National Administration of Financial Regulation (NAFR, formerly CIRC) of China. Founded in 2005, we operate across six cities with affiliate coverage spanning more than five provinces, delivering disciplined, technically robust claims management to both domestic and international insurers in the Chinese market.
Our practice is particularly recognized for its strength in casualty and liability claims, including public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and marine liability matters — many involving offshore placements and cross-border coordination. We regularly act as a bridge between global insurers and Chinese insured enterprises, providing structured reporting and clear communication across jurisdictions.
Alongside our casualty capability, we are experienced in managing complex property and business interruption losses, where detailed technical investigation and careful quantum analysis are critical. Our teams approach major PD and BI claims with analytical rigour, examining causation, coverage and financial exposure to deliver clear, defensible outcomes aligned to both local and international market expectations.
We also provide specialist expertise in hull & machinery, product recall and financial lines including trade credit and fidelity.
