Commercial Roofing Issues
Steven Korasidas & Jeff Taxier, Education & Training Manager, American Technologies, Inc. are presenting June 26, 2018 – 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. & June 27, 2018 – 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
They will address effective inspection procedures for various types of commercial roofs, separating storm-related damages (wind, hail, the weight of ice and snow) from wear and tear and other possible causes. As well as review repair vs. replacement options with a variety of commercial roof claims. And lastly, evaluate storm-resistant qualities of various roofs (built up, EPDM, composition shingle, shake, metal, and slate).

Steven Korasidas & Timothy R. Engelbrecht, JD, Partner, Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig are presenting June 26, 2018 – 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. & June 27, 2018 – 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
They will discuss identifying scenarios of potential discord in working with public adjusters or difficult insureds, how to locate local governing authority information regulating the licensing and conduct of public adjusters and create strategies to minimize disputes to effectively resolve difficult claims.
