He boasts extensive experience in first and third party personal auto claims, including- liability, coverage, and total loss. Prior to joining Norcross, Tyler came from a carrier background where he worked as a claims professional. Tyler is also actively involved as a Fellow in the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM.)
