Silvia began her career as a Lawyer from 2018 to 2019. She then worked as an Expert in Personal Injury from 2019 to 2025. Since 2025, she has been working as a Senior Personal Injury Expert at McLarens.
She is a member of the Dutch Institute of Register Experts (NIVRE).
