Aarron began his career in flood cleaning in Skipton in 2013, where he quickly developed a keen interest in the drying and restoration of buildings.
This interest led him to join a market-leading disaster restoration supplier, where he worked as a Drying Technician. Over time, he progressed to the role of Senior Technician and earned his BDMA Tech qualification. During this period, Aarron also gained valuable experience in leak detection and fire restoration.
In 2019, Aarron advanced his career as a Property Team Leader, managing a substantial portfolio of claims for both loss adjusters and insurers. He project managed cases ranging from £2,000 to £350,000, which sparked his interest in becoming a loss adjuster.
Aarron joined McLarens as a result of his exacting standards and professionalism while working on disaster restoration projects for the company.
Since then, Aarron has become an integral member of the Commercial Property Team and has also handled a number of major loss claims. His knowledge of building materials and extensive experience managing subsidence cases over the past three years have made him a dedicated adjuster within McLarens’ newly launched Subsidence Team.
Aarron was recently selected to participate in McLarens’ Accelerate Programme — an internal initiative designed to fast-track high-performing individuals. He successfully completed the programme, earning a Level 3 qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
In addition to his adjusting responsibilities, Aarron plays an important role in the McLarens Broker Liaison Team, helping to maintain and strengthen key broker relationships.
