Aarron is the Executive Manager – North West at McLarens, having been promoted in recognition of his strong technical expertise, leadership, and consistent delivery across complex property claims.
He began his career in flood cleaning in Skipton in 2013, where he quickly developed a keen interest in the drying and restoration of buildings. This led him to join a market-leading disaster restoration supplier as a Drying Technician, progressing to Senior Technician and achieving his BDMA Tech qualification. During this time, he also gained valuable experience in leak detection and fire restoration.
In 2019, Aarron moved into a Property Team Leader role, managing a substantial portfolio of claims on behalf of loss adjusters and insurers. He successfully project managed cases ranging from £2,000 to £350,000, which sparked his ambition to become a loss adjuster.
Aarron joined McLarens following his strong reputation for professionalism and high standards while working on restoration projects for the firm. Since then, he has become an integral member of the Commercial Property Team, handling a range of major loss claims. His in-depth knowledge of building materials and extensive experience managing subsidence cases have positioned him as a key figure within McLarens’ Subsidence Team.
He was selected for McLarens’ Accelerate Programme, an internal initiative designed to fast-track high-performing individuals, and successfully completed the programme, earning a Level 3 qualification from the Chartered Management Institute, which Aarron has utilised to progress into the North West Managerial role.
In addition to his adjusting responsibilities, Aarron has played an active role in the McLarens Broker Liaison Team, helping to strengthen and maintain key broker relationships across the region.
