Alan joined the McLarens team in May 2015 to both strengthen our existing liability team in Ireland and head up the new Cork office. His loss adjusting career began in 2002, after commencing his insurance career with a large insurance brokerage in Cork before diversifying into loss adjusting, where he has now practiced for over 15 years.
Alan has experience across the broad range of liability claim disciplines but has specialized in the investigation and management of large and complex losses with a particular focus on Personal Injury claims, Time on Risk/Industrial Disease claims, Contractors Liability, Products Liability, as well as experience in dealing with Professional Indemnity and Third-Party property damage claims with complex contractual and subrogation issues.
