Alyson began her career within the insurance industry in 2008 after graduating with Honors from Mohawk College and joined a small, boutique independent adjusting firm based in Hamilton, Ontario where she learned the skills necessary to conduct field investigations, quaintify damages and dispute resolution. After 9 years here she then joined an international firm in 2017 to further develop and expand her claims experience and remained here until 2025 before joining McLarens.
During her 18 years in the industry she has been responsible for handling various types of claims within the property and casualty sector including Commerical and Residential Property, Commercial General Liability, Condominium Property Losses and Auto Bodily Injury. She also has extensive experience in Municipal Liability and has handled property claims for various Health Care Facilities.
She prides herself on her professionalism, commitment to providing exceptional customer service, timely reporting and responsiveness. Her empathy has also shown to be an important and key component to developing strong connections, trust and successful working relationships.
