In addition to an education in Agriculture, Andrew has a homegrown farm background and experience in finance. Andrew grew up on a family farm in the rolling hills of Northwest Illinois. The commodity lines consisted of dairy, beef, grain and a few pigs. Andrew worked in consumer and commercial lending before coming to McLarens. Andrew understands farming is as much of a business as any retail store and all farms are crucial for a reliable food chain. As a personal goal, Andrew doubled down on his education and achieved an MBA. Textbook knowledge and an understanding of finance paralleled with hands on experience makes him an exemplary member for our Ag Team. He continues to help as possible on the family operation. A humble attitude and a desire to help are only a few of Andrew’s commendable qualities.
Andrew has been an Assist Adjuster on several larger claims and locations with multiple buildings. Most notable claims being a $1.5 million dollar, 39 building, 410 unit apartment complex and a large winery and entertainment venue. In addition to commercial property Andrew has assisted with residential and farm equipment claims. Including equipment rollover, water and wind damage, and personal property.
Andrew is working to complete his AIC accreditation.
