Andy Donnelly is an Executive Loss Adjuster with over 25 years’ experience in commercial property loss adjusting, including more than 15 years specialising in major and complex claims. He brings extensive experience in the investigation and management of high-value property losses across a diverse range of public and private sector organisations.
Andy’s portfolio spans commercial property, public infrastructure, construction, strata, education, hospitality and manufacturing risks, with significant experience managing losses arising from fire, storm, bushfire, escape of water and other major events. His work encompasses the full claims lifecycle, from initial investigation and damage assessment through to policy application, loss mitigation, quantum assessment and resolution.
With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Insurance, together with a Diploma of Loss Adjusting, Andy combines strong commercial and financial understanding with extensive practical adjusting experience. He works closely with insurers, brokers, insureds and technical specialists to navigate complex claims, coordinate multiple stakeholders and develop effective strategies for progressing losses.

His emphasis on early loss mitigation, clear communication and effective claims strategy enables him to provide trusted guidance on complex assignments while maintaining a strong focus on achieving timely, well-reasoned outcomes for clients.
