Anthony is a Regional Adjuster based in Singapore, specializing in Construction, Power, and Energy losses across Southeast Asia. He holds a degree in Construction Management accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and began his adjusting career in London, where he spent nearly a decade handling CAR/EAR and Construction Liability claims across the UK and Europe. He has also managed major losses on a home foreign basis for projects in South America, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Africa.
Since joining McLarens in 2018, Anthony has formed part of the regional team, handling a wide range of claims under construction and operational policies. His experience includes losses on power stations, oil refineries, hydroelectric projects, and large-scale drilling and tunnelling works. His portfolio covers CAR/EAR, DSU, Machinery Breakdown, and Business Interruption claims across the power, energy, and renewables sectors.
Anthony brings strong technical expertise, with a sound understanding of construction contracts, project lifecycles, and risk profiles. He has led complex loss investigations across the region, regularly conducting site inspections, working with contractors and experts, and negotiating settlements with multiple stakeholders. He also has experience managing high-value catastrophe losses globally.
