Bob Eccles

Executive Manager North and Midlands, Private Clients & Estates

Biography

After graduating from Bangor University in 1990 with a II:I in history, I began at McLarens early the following year, handling domestic claims. I later moved to GAB Robins in Manchester in order to gain experience in commercial and business interruption losses, before spending 2 years with esure, handling motor claims and then joining their projects team. I returned to loss adjusting with Crawfords in Stockport, before most recently moving to Criterion to expand their high net worth team in the north. During over 12 years at Criterion, I gained experience in large losses, fine art, as well as predominantly private client claims. I now have over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, and during this time have also completed a part time masters degree in history from Leeds University.
