Caitriona graduated from University College Cork in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She began her career in the financial services sector as a Mortgage, Life & Pensions Administrator with a well-established broker in Cork, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and demonstrated a keen attention to detail.
In 2021, Caitriona joined McLarens as part of the Support team. . She has since progressed to the role of Casualty Adjuster, where she is gaining valuable experience in the investigation and handling of a wide variety of liability claims. Her current portfolio includes employers’ liability, public liability, and product liability claims across diverse industries and clients.
Caitriona holds a Higher Diploma in Insurance Management (MDI) and is currently working toward achieving her ACII. She is a council member of the Insurance Institute of Cork, where she holds the position of Honorary Treasurer.
