Carlanda is a highly accomplished Loss Adjuster whose expertise is grounded in a strong technical foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS Surabaya), graduating at the age of 20 years old as one of the youngest graduate students.
She began her professional career in 2017 as a Senior Claim Analyst in Asuransi Wahana Tata, where she developed a unique perspective of claims analysis and client coordination. She quickly advanced, gaining significant industry experience with adjusting firms like Royal Conocean International Loss Adjusters and Axis International Adjusters, before joining McLarens Indonesia in 2025.
With a strong technical background and years of experience, Carlanda has handled a wide range of marine cargo claims across Indonesia. She also has a proven track record in managing major loss cases involving Engineering & Energy, Machinery Breakdown, Heavy Equipment/Contractor’s Plant and Machinery, Property All Risk, and Liability claims.
Her experience as a member of Catastrophe (Cat-Nat) teams for significant national events, underscores her capability in managing high-volume, critical assignments.
