Cinthia began her insurance career as an Administrative Assistant for the McLarens Crisis Management team, where she built a foundational expertise in policy engagement, client communications, and the evaluation of Product Recall and Product Contamination claims. To progress her career and expertise, Cinthia transitioned to the role of Crisis Management Adjuster in 2023. In her current capacity, Cinthia manages all aspects of the Crisis Management TPA programs and key client relationships while also overseeing the adjustment of complex claims.
