Colleen began in the insurance industry in 1987 and became an independent adjuster in 1994, working for a multinational adjusting company for 24 years before joining MGB in 2018. She has experience handling a wide range of complex liability-based claims throughout Canada and the US, with a focus on product, commercial, professional, organized sport, school board and host liquor liability.
