Danielle has been with McLarens for over two years, initially starting as a Claims Technician. Before McLarens she worked at Building Validation Solutions for 5 years as a case manager within Domestic claims. Whist at BVS Danielle gained understanding and knowledge of how Insurance Claims run, the process of a claim and also an understanding of policy wording, exclusions and insurable perils.
After 5 years being a Case Manager Danielle wanted more involvement in claims, with bigger values and more in-depth involvement. That is when Danielle decided she wanted to go down the Loss Adjuster route and found her next step at McLarens.
