Darrell Ho is the Head of McLarens Malaysia’s Kota Kinabalu, Sabah branch.
With over 13 years of experience in the loss adjusting industry, Darrell began his career in 2013 and has managed a diverse portfolio of claims, including fire, engineering/equipment, fidelity guarantee, personal accident, and marine losses.
Since joining McLarens Malaysia in April 2026, Darrell has successfully spearheaded the establishment of the Kota Kinabalu branch. Through his strong understanding of the local market and commitment to delivering timely, professional, and high-quality loss adjusting services, he has played a key role in strengthening McLarens’ presence in Sabah.
NOTABLE ASSIGNMENTS:
- Involved in the adjustment of claims arising from the 2017 Penang catastrophic flood.
- Involved in handling personal accident and property damage claims resulting from the 5 June 2015 Ranau earthquake in Sabah.
- Involved in the adjustment of claims for the RAPID PETRONAS Project in Pengerang, Johor.
- Involved in managing multiple flood-related claims in Penampang, Sabah, between 2021 and 2025.
- Involved in handling complex engineering claims involving gas turbines, alternators, and generator sets.
