Dionne is a transformational Training Development and Operations leader with extensive experience across learning strategy, leadership development, quality, talent management, and operational transformation. Before joining McLarens, Dionne held leadership roles with Halfords, Veolia, Purplebricks, EE Supply Ltd, and British Gas. Throughout her career, she has designed graduate programmes, apprenticeships, and career pathways, including supporting 300 colleagues in achieving Level 2 qualifications.
She has led talent and performance initiatives using Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, embedding performance objectives, competency frameworks, and talent mapping to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession planning.
