In 1988, Donald began his adjusting career working for a large national property & casualty company. During this time, he completed an eight-week training program & began handling
first party personal & commercial line losses in the New York City metropolitan area.
In 1992, he started a career with a major national property & casualty company based in New York City. He became the dedicated large loss adjuster for the New York City branch and handled complex high exposure claims as a senior adjuster.
From 2000-2005 Donald worked for a NYC-based regional independent adjusting firm handling 1 and 3 Party Commercial and Residential Property losses. During that time Donald handled many losses associated with the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
He also has extensive experience handling Construction All Risk (CAR) claims. Since starting with McLarens in 2005, Donald has been appointed Account Adjuster for several well-known
accounts and has managed more than 1,000 claims for high net-worth clients over the past 25 years.
