Doris graduated with a Master’s degree in English, Literature, and Social Studies. Prior to joining McLarens she worked as an English teacher, training students who sought to work in the travel and tourism industry. Doris began her career with McLarens in 2010, assisting various adjusters on commercial claims and risk surveys. Over the years her role has evolved as a Claims Technician, having handled a wide range of domestic and commercial claims, including overseas holiday home losses, travel insurance claims, and product liability cases.
