Dorothy Cheung is a Liability Adjuster based in McLarens’ Gold Coast office with more than 19 years of insurance and claims experience across Australia and Hong Kong. She has extensive expertise in liability, property and third-party claims, having managed a broad range of complex commercial and domestic losses throughout her career.
Dorothy has significant experience investigating public liability, product liability, and professional indemnity claims, working closely with insurers, brokers, legal representatives and insureds to achieve practical, commercially focused outcomes. She has also managed high-value catastrophe and property damage claims, including losses arising from typhoon events, water damage and third-party incidents.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Dorothy is well placed to support culturally diverse clients and stakeholders across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours), is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF and an Associate of the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA).
