Duong Doan Tuyen is a Certified CILA loss adjuster with over seven years of experience specialising in construction and engineering-related claims. His expertise includes Property All Risks, Contractors’ All Risks, and Machinery Breakdown, supported by a strong technical background in engineering and quantity surveying.
Prior to joining McLarens in 2020, Tuyen gained valuable experience across infrastructure projects and steel manufacturing, working as a Project Management Engineer for a pre-engineered steel buildings manufacturer. In this role, he was responsible for fabrication scheduling, shipment planning, and coordinating manufacturing operations across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, providing him with a practical understanding of construction processes and supply chain risks.
Since joining McLarens, Tuyen has handled a wide range of construction and engineering losses and has supported international assignments, including the management of a high volume of claims arising from the Thailand earthquake in 2025. He is recognised for his technical capability, structured approach, and ability to deliver effective outcomes on complex claims.
