Dwight began his career in the insurance industry by working as a Claim Specialist with Farmers Insurance in Georgia. During his 16 years of experience with Farmers, Dwight built up an extensive knowledge of property claims. This included handling CAT claims across multiple states, including five deployments for hurricanes.
With his substantial background of handling property claims, Dwight next transitioned to being a Claims Supervisor with Hastings Mutual Insurance, overseeing a team of adjusters handling home, commercial, and farm claims. After several years with Hastings, Dwight became a manager at Auto Club Group, again responsible for a team of adjusters handling home property claims.
During his adjuster career Dwight has excelled at providing excellent customer service. He has handled claims in every state except Hawaii and understands the nuances and complexities that exist when handling claims in different regions. He has been recognized for this extensive experience with insurance policies, including building and proctoring policy training at multiple companies.
A graduate of Cornerstone University, Dwight also has an AIC and AINS designations from The Institutes.
