Previously employed as Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Finance, Ehud entered the loss adjusting profession in 1973. In 1976, he founded Sagiv & Co. Loss Adjusters & Marine Surveyors Ltd. and by 1980 he founded two sister companies: Sagiv & Co. Commodity Control & Inspection Ltd and Indemnity Surveyors Office Ltd. (Claims Settling Agency). From 1990 to 2005, Ehud served as Senior Lecturer at The College of Insurance, teaching the art of Loss Adjusters’ report writing.
In October 2003, Sagiv & Co. Loss Adjusters & Marine Surveyors Ltd. was incorporated into McLarens Israel Ltd., where Ehud still serves as Chairman. He has extensive experience in handling complex multi-million dollar Product Liability losses, TPA, and audit assignments for the reinsurance market.
