Emma began her career in Insurance as a customer service representative for Co-Operative Insurance in 2001. In 2003 Emma started her 16 year career at AXA Insurance, initially as a trainee claims handler and with her knowledge growth became a senior claims handler before spending her last 2 years with AXA as a Team Manager for their Motor Trade claims team.
In 2019 Emma moved into the Loss Adjusting field, developing the newly created role of Broker Service Delivery Manager at QuestGates, with the primary focus of ensuring that broker clients were looked after during the claims process. This included resolving escalations, gathering service feedback and looking for new opportunities to develop broker relationships.
Emma joined McLarens in August 2026 as part of the Business Development team, responsible for Broker Development in the North of the UK, including Northern Ireland.
