He has worked with major loss adjusting firms such as McLarens, Crawford, and Criteria, and held key roles at AIG, including Claims Manager for the Colombian Caribbean and Maritime Claims Lead for Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. He later served as Claims Director for the Caribbean region.
