Prior to joining McLarens in 2024, Frank worked in the insurance industry for 23 years with a major carrier. During his career there, his experience included working in the customer service center, before moving up to handling claims related to casualty, recreational products, property, commercial property, auto, and commercial auto. During his time adjusting losses, Frank was recognized by management for his work ethic and customer service that he provided.
His last five years with the carrier saw Frank serving as a Catastrophe Team Supervisor, where he oversaw a team of adjusters handling claims nationwide. This allowed for Frank to offer mentorship and advice to younger adjusters, who benefited from his years of experience.
Frank spent a total of 17 years in a leadership role with the carrier, and was often sought out by colleagues for his expertise on how to handle difficult or complex losses. When handling claims, Frank is heavily involved in the process and strategy, with the concern for development.
