Gareth began his career in 2012 with RD Wright, working on the domestic fire and flood team across the North West of England. During this time, he also undertook builders’ cleans nationwide, gaining exposure to high-end commercial projects. The surge events in Cumbria provided valuable early experience in handling large-scale fire and flood claims.
He later joined ISS Restoration, focusing on the commercial side of disaster recovery and expanding his expertise in managing larger and more complex projects. This role continued following the acquisition of ISS Restoration’s fire and flood division by Polygon, where Gareth further developed his technical and operational skills.
With over 12 years of experience in the restoration industry, Gareth is an enthusiastic and reliable professional known for delivering both practical and strategic solutions. He has excellent time management skills, demonstrated through day-to-day operations and during high-pressure surge events.
This valuable experience raised his profile in the industry, which caught the attention of McLarens, and has since become a valuable part of the North West adjuster team, handling a range of different claims.
